What Can Possibly Be Better Than A Good Hearty Belly Laugh

While travelling this past week, I got to spend time with a lot of my favourite colleagues. We worked hard but we also had a few moments of downtime, thankfully.

There's something magical about a good belly laugh. It's the kind of laughter that starts deep within and bubbles up, uncontrollable and infectious. Whether it's triggered by a hilarious joke, a funny movie, or a playful moment with friends, a belly laugh has the power to transform our mood and brighten our day.

A belly laugh is more than just a physical reaction; it's a release of tension and stress. When we laugh heartily, our body relaxes, and endorphins are released, creating a sense of well-being and happiness. It's a natural remedy for the blues and a great way to connect with others. Sharing a laugh with someone can strengthen bonds and create lasting memories.

Moreover, a good belly laugh is a reminder to not take life too seriously. It encourages us to find joy in the little things and to appreciate the humor in everyday situations. In a world that can sometimes feel overwhelming, laughter is a beacon of light that guides us through tough times.

 Try this ONE thing

So, the next time you find yourself in a situation that brings out a belly laugh, embrace it fully. Let the laughter flow and enjoy the moment. After all, a good belly laugh is one of life's simplest and most delightful pleasures.

Want to experience coaching? I like to start with a deep, get-to-know-you conversation to see if we are right for each other. Sometimes we talk for one or two hours at no charge. I have no goal except to bring about transformation. Together we work on the lies, the self-deception, the fears of the power you perceive to be outside yourself. We work on your difficulties in making decisions and your inability thus far to make bold choices in life and to follow through and trust yourself completely to do so.

The irony for some people is that the very thing that they want the coaching for (an indecisive, half-hearted life) is what’s keeping them from deciding whether to get coaching.
